Maddie and Matt's Beautiful Day of Love, Emotion and FUN!
Maddie and Matt's vows were some of the most moving I've ever heard.
Maddie got ready on-site at Timber Banks, in their beautiful Bridal Suite. Of all the suites in CNY for a bride to get ready, Timber Banks' is second to none. Bathed with natural light pouring in from large windows, the suite is appointed with all of the amenities a bride could need, and looks just beautiful. After an emotional "first look" with her bridesmaids (and one bridesman), I headed downstairs to the bar where Matt and his best friends and the dads put the finishing touches on getting ready.
Due to some drizzly weather, the ceremony was held in the beautiful Timber Banks ballroom. While I know Maddie was a tad disappointed for rain on her wedding day, the ballroom of Timber Banks is every bit as beautiful as any church. The rusted architecture, and fireplace adorned with flowers, it was a beautiful ceremony. That said the star of the show, was their personally written vows.
Nothing beats getting to know your clients, but oftentimes leading up to a wedding with so much on their plate, it's difficult. As I edited Maddie and Matts wedding film, I heard every word, caught every glance., every squeeze of the hand, and I cried multiple times.
